Truth: You Can; Another Truth: College Pays Off Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency Pennsylvania Transfer and Articulation Center (PA TRAC) -- one-stop shop for students to find out easily which credit hours can transfer to another Pa. college. Gateway to College at the Community College of Philadelphia -- a scholarship program for School District of Philadelphia students, ages 16 to 20, who have dropped out of school; It allows them to get back on track and earn a high school diploma while also earning college credits at the same time. Project GRAD -- a public-private partnership working to help eighth- and ninth-grade students prepare for a future in college Project U-Turn -- a public-private partnership working to reduce the dropout rate in Philadelphia Parent University - School District of Philadelphia -- assists parents in supporting their children to achieve academic success. Becoming a national-board-certified teacher -- financial aid is available.
