Rozzi to host free shredding event Oct. 20

READING, Oct. 11 – State Rep. Mark Rozzi will host a free shredding event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at his district office.

“Shredding old documents that contain confidential information is a great way to protect yourself from identity theft,” said Rozzi, D-Berks. “This event makes it easy to dispose of those papers safely. The shredded papers will be recycled, so it’s better for the environment, too.”

The event will take place in the parking lot behind the office at 4933 Kutztown Road, Temple. Residents of the 126th District can bring up to 10 boxes of documents to be securely shredding on site and recycled. Attendees are advised to remove all plastic bags, tape and paper clips in advance.

Anyone with questions should contact Rozzi’s office at 610-921-8921.
