Rep. Sabatina speaks at the groundbreaking for the new Primary Learning Center at Solis-Cohen Elementary School.

Rep. Sabatina presented a citation to the directors of the Samuel Paley Early Learning Center for their achievement of a Star 4A rating in the Keystone STARS quality initiative program. The program acknowledges early childhood education facilities for achieving nationally recognized standards. State Rep. John Sabatina recently presented a $5,000 grant to representatives of the Northeast Older Adult Center. The grant will assist in the opening of the center's new state-of-the-art facility at its new location this summer.
