Mary Dougherty  Mdougherty@pahouse.net

Mary Dougherty is a Northeast Philly native and graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. She started her career by volunteering on Rep. Solomon’s first campaign and worked in his district office as a Legislative Assistant. She left briefly to work at the Social Security Administration but came back as  District Office Director in 2022. She is passionate about animal rights and environmental advocacy.

Rosemary Jackson RJackson@pahouse.net

Rosemary Jackson is a people person with much energy for helping her community. She has been employed at Temple University for almost 30 years, where she currently works as a field research specialist canvassing neighborhoods and completing interviews throughout North Philadelphia. Rosemary comes with a wide range of talents and experiences, however, most of all, she is extremely passionate about community service. She is a single parent of three (one who is an adult daughter with special needs) and has volunteered countless hours since the age of 11. She has instilled the value of volunteerism in all of her children. Rosemary is grateful to be a part of Rep. Solomon's team!

Jamie Macon JMacon@pahouse.net   

Jamie Macon works in the Harrisburg office and has been with the caucus for 20 years. She recently worked for Rep. Morgan Cephas and prior to that, worked for 18 years former Rep. Peter J. Daley and on the Agriculture & Rural Affairs, Commerce and Consumer Affairs committees. Jamie was born and raised here in Harrisburg and lives 25 minutes from the Capitol in a little town called Dauphin. She is married to her high school sweetheart of 22 years (married 15) and has two kids, a son who is 13 and a daughter who is 7 going on 16!

 Ton Quach TQuach@pahouse.net

Ton Quach graduated from Fox School of Business at Temple University with Bachelor of Business Administration in 2008.  Ton has lived at Castor Gardens for more than ten years.  He is fluent in Cantonese, Vietnamese and looking forward to assisting the Community with several State Benefit Programs.  He's in the District Office every Saturday, so email him to set up an appointment.

Joseph Poteracki has lived in Philadelphia for 12 years and is a graduate of Temple University. He has a passion for public service and legislative issues. Before working in Representative Solomon’s office, he interned with Philadelphia City Council offices and nonprofits like Philadelphia OIC.

 

Pam Baranackie Pbaranackie@pahouse.net

Pam Baranackie is a community activist who volunteered in Jared’s office.  She had prior careers at the Dept. of Veteran Affairs and a law firm specializing in plaintiff’s Workers’ Compensation.
