Rep. Surra receives Legion of Honor Award

Rep. Surra receives the the Legion of Honor Humanitarian Award from the Chapel of the Four Chaplains, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the memory of four World War II chaplains who went down with the American troop ship U.S.S. Dorchester when it was sunk by a German torpedo in 1943. Rep. Surra was honored for his consistent service to and voting record on behalf of veterans.
