Close corporate tax loopholes to help balance the budget

Email Body:

Every working citizen pays their fair share of taxes in Pennsylvania and corporations should do the same. I urge you to vote for a fairer tax system for businesses and residents by closing corporate tax loopholes.

Closing the Delaware Loophole, which allows corporations to do business in Pennsylvania but open a holding company in Delaware to route profits through, would bring in hundreds of millions of dollars of reccuring revenue to the state budget. When we close this loophole, we can lower other businesses taxes, especially for our locally owned small businesses.

Pennsylvania must level the playing field so that we can get on better financial footing and move Pennsylvania forward!

Sincerely,
