Warren to host Policy Committee hearing on transportation Monday in Newtown
NEWTOWN, March 27 – State Rep. Perry Warren, D-Bucks, will host a House Democratic Policy Committee public hearing on transportation.
The hearing will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 1 at the Bucks County Community College, 275 Swamp Road. The media and public are invited to attend.
Warren requested the hearing to examine how investing in transportation improvement projects can enhance public safety and boost the economy while creating more jobs. Gov. Tom Wolf’s Restore Pennsylvania proposal also will be discussed. Warren will be joined by state legislators from across the state, including Policy Committee Chairman Mike Sturla, D-Lancaster.
