Rep. Briggs understands that working families can sometimes have trouble making it in to his district office during the busy work day for assistance with state-related matters, so he has decided to add evening hours in addition to keeping satellite office hours around the district.

The main office at 580 Shoemaker Road, Suite 149 in King of Prussia is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. It will now also be open in the evening of the fourth Wednesday of each month from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

In addition to the evening hours at the main office, the satellite off hours for 2011 will be:

• Upper Merion Senior Service Center, 650 South Henderson Road in King of Prussia
  2nd Thursday of each month from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• The Center for Positive Aging in Lower Merion (The PALM), 117 Ardmore Ave. in Ardmore
  2nd Tuesday of each month from 10:30 a.m. to noon
• Bridgeport Borough Hall, 63 W. 4th St. in Bridgeport
