Harrisburg rally moves legislation forward

The state House is poised to vote on bills that would improve the lives of dogs. Rep. Mike Hanna (D-Clinton) says the dog law revisions proposed in this legislation would greatly eliminate cruel and inhumane conditions that exist now in so-called "puppy mills."
