In August, Reps. Mike McGeehan, center, and Dwight Evans announce the creation of a PHFA no-interest loan pilot program to encourage reconverting subdivided houses in Philadelphia back to single-family dwellings.  The sub-dividing of single family homes into multiple unit apartments is a growing problem in many city neighborhoods.
