A new court ruling has delayed implementation of the Voter ID requirement in the upcoming election. This means that while you may be asked for a photo ID at the polls, you will not be required to show one in order to exercise your constitutional right to vote.

The exception would be if you are voting at a polling place for the first time. In that scenario you would be required to show a valid form of identification.
