In 2009, Pennsylvania was the state of champions. Rep. Gibbons poses with the championship trophies of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Phillies. Large crowds visited the Capitol to see the trophies together in July 2009.
