Rep. Kortz presented a recognition citation to Scout Carissa Kratz in honor of her achieving the highest rank in Girl Scouting – The Gold Award. Hard work, dedication, and commitment was the key to her achievement. Her project included collection of personal items and distributed in handmade decorative fabric totes. Womansplace in McKeesport was the recipient of 150 totes. Carissa is a member of Troop 50792 and resides in Dravosburg, Pa.
