The WIC Farmers' Market Nutritional Program (FNMP) and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provide vouchers to income eligible county residents to use at qualified farmers' markets (click here to find one near you).

To be eligible, you must have a photo ID and meet these requirements:

FMNP- Recipients must be on the WIC program to receive this benefit.

SFMNP- Seniors must be 60 or older by the end of this calendar year and have a 2010 total gross annual income as follows:

• $20,147 or less for a single person;
• $27,214 or less for a couple;
• $34,281 or less for a household of three.

A proxy form is required for all eligible individuals who are having someone else pick up vouchers for them. Proof of age and residency for the eligible person must be attached to the proxy form.

Proxy forms are available at my office, at senior centers, libraries and your local county Area Agency on Aging.
