Biography

KATHY M. MANDERINO (D-194) has been a Pennsylvania State Representative since being elected in 1992, representing parts of Philadelphia and Montgomery counties.

She is chair of the House Committee on Ethics and serves on the House Appropriations, Health and Human Services, Insurance, Intergovernmental Affairs, and Judiciary committees.

Manderino is also chair of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Welfare and the Judiciary Subcommittee on Family Law. She is a member of the board of directors of Northwest Victim Services and The Food Trust. She is also active in the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where she serves as chair of the House of Delegates, and is a member of the Board of Governors, the Commission on Women in the Profession, and serves on numerous task forces and committees.

Prior to her legislative service, Manderino was a litigation attorney with Fox, Rothschild, O'Brien & Frankel in Philadelphia. Manderino graduated from Penn State University and Temple University Law School.
