Distracted driving in Pennsylvania -- Put it Down!

Thirty-five states have banned texting while driving. I am pleased that Pennsylvania joined that list on November 9, 2011. However, there is still much more to do. I will continue to advocate for a handheld cell phone ban through my legislation, House Bill 580.
