Rep. McCall shows off the Speaker’s Gavel to seven-year-old Wadner Casseus, a Haitian orphan rescued after the earthquake by a team including Governor Ed Rendell. Wadner is being adopted by a Hatboro resident and will soon be a Pennsylvania citizen.
