House Democratic Leader Frank Dermody, D-Allegheny, urges Gov. Tom Corbett to provide leadership on transportation funding for Pennsylvania at a news conference in Pittsburgh. The news conference was held to highlight the governor's inaction on the issue six months after his own commission released funding recommendations.
