Hello! I am your State Representative Vanessa Lowery Brown. I want to make sure you are aware of the current Voter ID regulations. For this upcoming election, the courts have ruled that you WILL NOT need a photo ID to vote at your usual polling place. You will be asked to present a photo ID when you go to vote, but do not let them turn you away if you do not have one. You have the RIGHT to vote. I consider every person’s vote to be important, so please contact my office if you need help obtaining one or if it is your FIRST time voting at a new polling place. My office at 1435 N. 52nd Street is available to help, or you can call my office at 215-879-6615. Thank you, and please, be sure to vote on November 6! - 10/17/2012
