Gov. Corbett signs House Judiciary Committee Chairman Thomas Caltagirone's court fee bill into law at a Harrisburg reception. The bill (H.B. 38) brings Pa.'s district and municipal courts' filing fees in compliance with a law enacted last year. It also helps fund the court system.
