Help keep college tuition affordable!

I have introduced a bill (H.B. 1403) that would require our state-owned colleges and universities to freeze the tuition a student pays as a freshman for his or her four years of college. Knowing up front the total cost of college will allow students and their families budget and secure financial aid.

My bill has received bipartisan support and is currently being considered by the House Education Committee.
