  • The Pennsylvania House of Representatives’ Scholarship Program
      The Pennsylvania House of Representatives’ Scholarship Program is open to all college-bound high school seniors who plan to attend a Pennsylvania college, university or career school. The program is independently administered by The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC)and is not affiliated with any political party.

  • Philadelphia City Scholarship
      Rep. Parker is pleased to announce that applications for the 2008-09 City Scholarship Program are available in her constituent service office. The Philadelphia City Scholarship Program provides four-year assistance to undergraduate students, primarily for tuition. The program has been in existence since 1959 and has made awards to 2,350 students. Applicants must be in their senior year of high school at the time of application. Additionally, parents or legal guardians of students are required to be residents of the city of Philadelphia. The scholarships may be used for college costs at four-year colleges and universities in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware or Montgomery counties.
