House Commerce Committee to hold hearing on automated teller machine fees
HARRISBURG, April 27–The state House Commerce Committee will hold a public hearing on H.B. 394, introduced by Rep. Rosita Youngblood D-Phila.
Thecommittee chairman, state Rep. Peter J. Daley, D-Washington/Fayette, said this bill would regulate fees charged by automated teller machines.
The hearing will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, May 1 at Loew’s Center City Hotel, 1200 Market St., 2nd floor Suite Commonwealth C in Philadelphia.
