House Commerce Committee to hold hearing
on energy and economic development
HARRISBURG, May 5 –The state House Commerce Committee will hold a public hearing this week on energy and economic development.
The committee chairman, state Rep. Peter J. Daley, D-Washington/Fayette, said the hearing will emphasize new developments in energy that will stimulate economic development.
The hearing will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, May 7 at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, 700 Frank Curto Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15260.
