Democratic Policy Committee to hold public hearing on adultBasic
and health care issues Thursday in Harrisburg
HARRISBURG, March 2 House Democratic Policy Committee Chairman Mike Sturla, D-Lancaster, announced today that the committee will hold the second in a series of a public hearings on health care issues affecting Pennsylvania from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, March 3 in the Democratic Caucus Room, 418 Main Capitol Building.
The hearing will focus on this week's termination of adultBasic and recent state legislative efforts to prevent federal health care reform from occurring in Pennsylvania.
