HARRISBURG, March 26 – State Reps. John Galloway, Tony Melio and Steven Santarsiero, all D-Bucks, will co-host a public hearing of the House Children and Youth Committee tomorrow in Fairless Hills, Bucks County, to address concerns over the placement of foster children in Pennsylvania.
