Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus to celebrate Black History Month
HARRISBURG, Feb. 4 – The Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus will celebrate Black History Month by hosting its annual Black History Program, paying tribute to African-American pioneers in Pennsylvania’s history, at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9 in the Capitol Rotunda.
Honorees include Harrisburg's first African-American mayor, Linda Thompson, York's first-African-American mayor, Kim Bracey, and Pennsylvania's first African-American District Attorney, Seth Williams.
