State Rep. Tim Seip presents a $23,500 state grant that will be used to determine the adaptive re-use of the former Walk-In Shoe factory in Schuylkill Haven for development of a YMCA and cultural art center. The grant was awarded to the Schuylkill River Heritage Area (SRHA).
