Did you know that an estimated 6 Pennsylvanians die every day due to exposure to secondhand smoke?

  • Secondhand smoke can put children at risk for Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, and worsen asthma and ear infections.
  • Secondhand smoke contains more than 50 cancer-causing chemicals.

So far, 26 states have passed smoking bans; it is time for Pennsylvania to join them.

House Bill 1541 would create a statewide smoking ban, but it is currently sitting in a House and Senate conference committee. Please sign my petition urging our legislature to ACT NOW ON A STATEWIDE SMOKE-FREE LAW.
