HR 67 - Adopted by House on 3/13/07 - Resolution declaring April 4, 2007, as Thaddeus Stevens Day in Pennsylvania.

HR 104 - Adopted by House on 3/21/07 - Resolution urging U.S. Congress to provide timely and meaningful reauthorization of the State Children's Health Insurance Program in 2007.

HR 576 - Adopted by House on 4/1/08 - Resolution declaring April 4, 2008, as Thaddeus Stevens Day in Pennsylvania.

HR 726 - Adopted by House on 5/6/08 - Resolution declaring May 6, 2008, as World Asthma Day in Pennsylvania.

HB 326 - This bill would define criminal gang activity, establish strict penalties for such activities, and authorize the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency to establish a Criminal Gang Deterrence Fund to provide grants for community efforts to deter gang violence.

HB 327 - This bill would allow municipalities and their authorities to develop wireless Internet access systems within their communities.

HB 328 - This bill would establish the Adopt-A-River Program.

HB 1022 - This bill would require a county agency to notify the employer about a child abuse report against its child-care service employee, service provider, administrator or school employee. Revealed information would be restricted to the status of the report.

HB 1023 - This bill would require a school to immediately implement a plan of supervision or alternative arrangement upon county notification that one of its employees is under investigation for suspected child abuse. This requirement is already in law for child care service personnel at child care locations.

HB 1024 - This bill would bring the definition of school abuse in line with the existing definition of child abuse and also clarify that the county children and youth agency be notified when a school employee abuses a student.

HB 1026 - A composite bill of House Bills 1022, 1023, and 1024.

HB 1069 - This bill would create the Municipal Fire and Emergency Services Organization Grant Program.

HB 1070 - This bill would amend Pennsylvania law to allow one-half of revenue from vehicle offenses to be paid to only those municipalities that provide local police services through a municipal police department, participation in a regional police department or contracts with other municipal or regional police for police services. The change would be phased in over five years.

HB 1223 - This bill would create a comprehensive Statewide Asthma Tracking System.

HB 1528 - This bill would provide a film production tax credit up to 25 percent of production expenses for films with a budget over $2 million.

HB 1529 - Passed by House on 6/30/07 - This bill would increase the state’s Film Production Grant Program by 50 percent, from $10 million to $15 million and limit the program to productions with a budget less than $2 million.

HB 1765- This bill would amend the CPA law to permit substantial equivalency for practicing in Pennsylvania among other things.
