Many states, including our neighbors such as New York and New Jersey, already have developed or are developing state-level global warming mitigation programs. We must take steps now to include Pennsylvania in these important efforts. Currently Pennsylvania produces about 1 percent of the world's man-made greenhouse gases. As one of this nation's biggest producers of greenhouse gases, Pennsylvania has an obligation not just to its own residents but also to the world community to find ways to reduce its emissions. Please use the resources here to make a difference. Thank you.
