Special reports on Pa. problem-solving courts

I have long supported problem-solving courts such as drug treatment courts, mental health courts and gun courts. As chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts in the 2007-08 session, I have been taking the subcommittee to these types of courts in Allegheny County and other parts of Pennsylvania to determine how we can expand these programs throughout the state.
