Rep. Wansacz speaks at a news conference at the state Capitol calling on legislative leaders to act on his bill that would implement a four-step penalty structure aimed at preventing kids from picking up the unhealthy habit of smoking. Wansacz wants to close a loophole in state law that makes it illegal for minors to purchase tobacco but illegal to possess and use it.
