Rep. Wansacz speaks at a news conference at the state Capitol calling on legislative leaders to act on his bill that would implement a four-step penalty structure aimed at preventing kids from picking up the unhealthy habit of smoking. Wansacz wants to close a loophole in state law that makes it illegal for minors to purchase tobacco but illegal to possess and use it.

Rep. Wansacz and Rep. Ken Smith welcome Lackawanna County students who participated in the Youth Quest Day Rally at the Capitol. The students took a tour and were taken onto the House Floor to see where legislators debate legislation.
