State Rep. Jewell Williams holds a news conference at his Phila. office to announce his annual conference that teaches women how to find employment, education, housing and other life skills. Female offenders in particular, face many challenges, not only while incarcerated, but during their re-entry into society. Berean Institute is encouraging female offenders to take advantage of programming to successfully reintegrate in the marketplace and positively impact their efforts. Williams presents Berean Institute with a citation recognizing March 24, 2007, as Berean Institute Day.
