Rep. Youngblood recently hosted The Partnership for Prescription Assistance "Help is Here Bus" in her district. More than 100 constituents obtained valuable information that could be shared with their families and neighbors. The Help is Here Express was equipped with computer terminals and mobile phones, and PPA specialists were available to determine free prescription eligibility.
