Rep. Bellmon hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Sturgis Recreation Center to celebrate their newly renovated outdoor basketball courts. The renovations were possible in large part to more than $200,000 in state funding that Rep. Bellmon secured. He was joined by Philadelphia City Councilman Anthony Phillips. Before the ceremony took place, the Jr. 76ers hosted a free basketball clinic on the renovated courts.
