Minimum Wage Press Conference - June 20, 2023

Rep. Ryan Bizzarro and colleagues from the House Majority Democratic Caucus honor a commitment to voters and sent a bill to the state Senate that will raise Pennsylvania’s $7.25 per hour minimum wage. The bill increases the minimum wage in PA to $11.00 per hour, effective January 1, 2024; $13.00 per hour, effective January 1, 2025; $15.00 per hour, effective January 1, 2026. Beginning in 2027, the minimum wage would be indexed to inflation.
