JOHNSTOWN, May 11 — State Rep. Frank Burns, D-Cambria, will host a Senior Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, May 29, at The Bottleworks, 411 Third Ave., Johnstown.
“My senior fairs are popular events every year, and I always enjoy them,” Burns said. “It’s important that seniors can get information on the services and programs that they need, and it’s a free event. We’ll also make it fun with games, prizes, and vendors.”
The event will provide attendees with information on state services such as the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program and the PACE/PACENET prescription programs. Additional resources will be available on housing, insurance, and transportation.
Burns and his staff will be on hand to answer questions and provide guidance on government-related programs and services.
