EBENSBURG, Aug. 24 — State Rep. Frank Burns, D-Cambria, will host a Senior Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 10, at Young Peoples Community Center, 300 Prave St., Ebensburg.
“This is a free event for local seniors,” Burns said. “I hold this event twice a year to make sure our seniors can get important information on services and programs, and I always enjoy connecting with everyone. We’ll also make the event fun with games, prizes and vendors.”
The event will provide attendees with information on state services such as the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program and the PACE/PACENET prescription programs. Additional resources will be available on housing, insurance and transportation.
Burns and his staff will be available to answer questions and provide guidance on government-related services and programs.
