Rep. Scott Conklin September 15, 2026 | 11:15 AM
CENTRE COUNTY, Sept. 15 – Today, state Rep. Scott Conklin announced that nearly $1.03 million in funding from the Department of Community & Economic Development's Local Share Account will go toward projects in his legislative district.
A total of seven projects across his district will be either fully or partially funded through the LSA program. Funding is provided by the distribution of gaming revenues distributed by the state’s Commonwealth Financing Authority.
The LSA allotment will go toward the following projects:
"From creating more walkable cities and better park conditions, to improving local homes and businesses, these projects all combine to forge stronger infrastructure here in Centre County," Conklin said. "I'm proud to secure funding that will directly improve lives here at home."
