DeLissio to host 100th Town Hall meeting virtually Oct. 26

PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 16 – State Rep. Pamela A. DeLissio, D-Montgomery/Phila., will host her 100th Town Hall meeting via Facebook Live and possibly Zoom at 7 p.m. Oct. 26.

Topics will include the upcoming election, the state budget and House legislative updates.

“As we approach the 100th meeting, I’m very proud of this commitment to have ongoing dialogue with my constituents. Whether we have a handful of attendees or 100, the discussions are valuable, and it’s important for me to hear residents’ thoughts on state policy issues,” DeLissio said. “I remain committed to keeping my constituents informed and hearing their views, and these virtual events have proven to be an effective way to keep up communication during the pandemic.”

Anyone interested should visit a few minutes before 7 p.m. on Oct. 26. Comments or questions can be posted live in the comment stream on Facebook Live during the town hall, or they can be emailed in advance to, or a message can be left at 215-482-8726. The town hall might also be conducted via Zoom. To inquire if Zoom will be available, those interested should email and include their full address and name.

This will be DeLissio’s eighth consecutive town hall virtually since the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak and mitigation efforts necessitated different means to communicate and provide information.
