DeLissio to host 105th Town Hall virtually April 22

PHILADELPHIA, April 16 – State Rep. Pam DeLissio will host her 105th Town Hall meeting virtually at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 22.

DeLissio, minority chair of the House Children and Youth Committee, will discuss the committee’s work.

Other topics will include a preliminary discussion on the status of legislation for adult-use cannabis (recreational marijuana), and updates will be provided on the COVID-19 vaccine and on mail-in ballots and the state constitutional amendments on the ballot.

The meeting will be held over Zoom and live-streamed on DeLissio’s Facebook pageTo participate through Zoom, those interested must register by 11 a.m. Thursday, April 22 using this link. After registration, Zoom login information will be sent.

Constituents may also email and a registration link will be sent. Once someone is registered, Zoom login information will be sent. 

“This will be my 13th town hall held virtually since the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak and mitigation efforts necessitated different means to communicate and provide information,” DeLissio said. “These town halls continue to draw new faces and familiar ones, and I’m pleased to be able to share important information and updates. Ongoing dialogue is a priority for me, and these virtual events have proven a successful way to keep in touch.”
