Representative Matt Gergely
My friend, Rep. Matthew R. Gergely, passed away this past weekend. Although he was a colleague for only a short time, his curiosity, thoughtfulness, and warmth made an impression on everyone he met. I’m thinking of his young family during this time of tremendous loss.
I’ll treasure the memories of the day we honored Carnegie Museum of Natural History’s Dippy the Dinosaur with his family and when his bill to protect plasma donations was signed into law. He was a good legislator and a wonderful person.
