How to submit public comment on the PUC model tariff for Large Load Customers

  1. Compose your comments and save them as a PDF file
    You can type your comments in Word or Google Docs, then save the file as a PDF (or use “Print to PDF”) to create the PDF document.

  1. Create a PUC eFiling account
    Go to: https://efiling.puc.pa.gov/Accounts/Create?accountType=I
    and complete the account registration process.

  1. Log into your eFiling account
    Go to: https://efiling.puc.pa.gov/Login
    and enter the login credentials you created.

  1. Start a new filing
    • On the “New Filing” screen, select “Existing” from the Case Type dropdown.
    • Enter the Docket Number: M-2025-3054271
    • You can leave the Case Description field blank.

  1. Upload your comments
    • On the next screen, select “Comments” from the Document Type dropdown.
    • Choose the PDF file you want to upload.
    • Click “Next.”

  1. Complete and submit the filing
    • On the next screen, click “Filing Complete.”
    • On the eFiling Summary screen, click “Submit eFiling.”

  1. Save your confirmation
    When you see “eFiling Successfully Transmitted,” your filing is complete. You may print or save this page for your records.
