Today I joined Attorney General Eugene DePasquale in calling for the decriminalization of small amounts of marijuana. I recently introduced H.B. 195, which would change a conviction of the possession of small amounts of marijuana (30 grams or less) or hashish (8 grams or less) to a summary offense, reduced from a misdemeanor.

The recipients will receive a $1,000 scholarship to attend an accredited two- or four-year college or university.
