PA state Rep. Mary Isaacson and the House Democratic Policy Committee heard testimony regarding the proposed Keystone Saves program. Keystone Saves would consist of a public/private partnership offering retirement savings plans to workers whose employers do not offer one. Isaacson stressed the importance of making sure older Pennsylvanians can retire with dignity and urged her Senate colleagues to support the Keystone Saves program in the state budget.
