Boyle to host Senior SEPTA ID event
PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 4 – State Rep. Kevin J. Boyle, D-Phila., announced he will host a Senior SEPTA ID information session.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18 at the Northeast Regional Library, 2228 Cottman Ave., 19149.
“SEPTA has released fare identification cards to make using public transit more convenient for seniors,” Boyle said. “I am hosting this event to help senior residents obtain their SEPTA ID cards and become familiar with using them.”
Boyle said the event is free and no registration is required. To be eligible to receive a Senior SEPTA ID, applicants must be 65 or older and have a valid ID or birth certificate.
