As Co-Chair of the LGBTQ+ Equality Caucus, Pa. state Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta is overjoyed to see the #PAFairnessAct moving through the House. The Fairness Act would provide protection from discrimination in housing, employment and education based on gender identity, sexual orientation or expression. Kenyatta says it has taken 22 years to reach this point and he hopes to see the Fairness Act on the Governor’s desk in the near future.
