If your issue is with traditional unemployment, please provide a description of your issue. Consider sharing information such as:
You received/did not receive a confirmation email; You received/did not receive a claim confirmation letter/PIN; You received/did not receive a financial determination letter; You received a financial determination letter stating ineligibility/did or did not file an appeal; You filed bi-weekly claims, but did not receive payment; You did not receive back weeks or could not file for back weeks; Issue with PEUC application; Issue with State Extended Benefits
If your issue is with PUA, please provide a description of your issue. Let us know if: You haven't been able to file back weeks or in-between weeks; You have an "In Progress" or issue on week(s) that has not been resolved but you sent documents to DLIVerify@pa.gov already and it hasn't been addressed; You have an ID issue and have uploaded identification documents but the weeks are still on hold; You submitted wages that eliminate your benefit for the week and the system is telling you to file a new claim; You tried to file an initial PUA claim but the system is saying you already have an account established.
