Krueger-Braneky to host second Small Business Breakfast
SWARTHMORE, March 3 – State Rep. Leanne Krueger-Braneky, D-Delaware, announced today that following a successful Small Business Breakfast last summer, she will be hosting a second Small Business Breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Friday, March 10 at Neumann University’s Schmidt Multipurpose Room, 1 Neumann Drive, Aston, PA 19014.
“We received a lot of positive feedback after our previous Small Business Breakfast, and I wanted to bring the opportunity back to the community,” Krueger-Braneky said. “Small businesses are integral to a healthy local economy, so it’s imperative that we get this information out to small-business owners to help them succeed as much as we can.”
Resources will be available to help small businesses learn about how to access the capital they need to grow. Speakers from Entrepreneur Works and banks who lend to small businesses will talk about what lenders look for when a business owner approaches them for a loan and how to get your company ready to apply.
This event is free and open to any small-business owner in the 161st District, but registration is required. Interested parties can register at www.pahouse.com/KruegerBrankey or by calling (610) 534-6880.
Prior to running for office, Krueger-Braneky spent a decade supporting locally-owned businesses and continues to work to support them as the true backbone of local economies.
